◎ Is the character a hacker and/or do they have a sixth-sense? Dorian is not a hacker, but being he has a connection to the fade (the dreamworld and home of spirits/demons), which he is able to manifest as the power of magic. In particular, Dorian is a necromancer, which in the Dragon Age universe doesn't do what a usual necromancer does. He can consort with spirits, particularly ones who are drawn to death.

◎ Element: Fire. Dorian begins with fire spells, and if auto-leveled, he will continue down that path. Fire is associate with both creation and destruction; Dorian is very charismatic and highly intellectual, but can also be rash and self-destructive.
◎ Sense: Taste. Dorian is associated with things of high society, arrogance and all. He remarks to Varric that he has a taste for 'fine wine and literature', and Vivienne comments on his wonderful sense of fashion. Dorian also enjoys alcohol and uses it as a coping mechanism, making taste both a metaphorical and literal association for him.
